ADC7-10000
High Viscosity  Adhesion/Cure Promoter
All Series not used with adhesives
5%- 10% Larger % can be used but moniter color
Increases Cure and adhesion. The ADC-10000 will also aid with the apperance of static (surface tension polarity) and ink reticulation. These are our most powerful additives.
IMMEDIATE Reaction with the ink. Do use with any inks that require adhesive compatibility.
ADC7-4000
Medium Viscosity Adhesion/Cure Promoter
All Series not used with adhesives
5%- 10% Larger % can be used but moniter color
Increases Cure and adhesion. The ADC-4000 will also aid with the apperance of static (surface tension polarity) and ink reticulation. These are our most powerful additives.
IMMEDIATE Reaction with the ink. Do use with any inks that require adhesive compatibility.
ADC7-250
Low Viscosity Adhesion/Cure Promoter
All Series not used with adhesives
5% - 10% Larger % can be used but moniter color
Increases Cure and adhesion. The ADC-250 will also aid with the apperance of static (surface tension polarity) and ink reticulation. These are our most powerful additives.
IMMEDIATE Reaction with the ink. Do use with any inks that require adhesive compatibility.
CUR-800
Cure/Adhesion Promoter
All Series except PPC-7 & DC GN Series Blacks  Do not use on Polycarbonate
.5% - 1%
Increases cure and adhesion, may restore Intercoat on previos over cured prints. The inks will cross link more densely. Increases water resistance.
Amine- NOT FOR POLYCARBONATE Will Increase viscosity. Can embrittle the ink. Pot life is 4 hours.  Can Cause the black pigmented inks in the DC & GN Series to become grey.
CUR-073
Cure Promoter
All Series
1%-3%
Increases depth of cure and cure rate. Increases surface hardness and resistance to blocking
Reduces Intercoat adhesion (monitor) and slighty increases gloss, non-yellowing.
DK-072
Glass Adhesion Promoter
All Series
Up to 1.5%
Improves gloss, adhesion, faster curing, chemical resistance, Intercoat
Lower gloss, Excessive use may reduce intercoat adhesion. Monitor throughout print run
LED#4
Adhesion, LED Cure & Thinner
All Series
Up to 10%
Increases LED cure
Reduce Viscosity, Excessive use may reduce intercoat adhesion. Monitor throughout print run.
JZB Additive
Cure & Adhesion Promoter
All Series
Up to 10%
Increases Cure & Adhesion Promoter
Pot life is 6-8 hours depending on the perecentage used.
88 Promoter-TF
Cure Adhesion & Matting
88 Series
Up to 10%
Increases cure adhesion & matting
May increase color strength and opacity
ADC-172
Water Resistant Adhesion Promoter
All Series
Up to 3%
Increases adhesion to various substrates. Increases water resistance. Chemical reaction requires a 24-hour post-cure to achieve adhesion properties.
Pot life is 6-8 hours depending on percentage used.
MET-079
Metal Adhesion Modifier
80 Series
.5% - 2%
Increases adhesion to various metal materials. Useful when die-cutting to a bleed edge.
MET-079 will increase the ink viscosity and ink film deposit. It will descrease the cure rate, pot life, and intercoat adhesion. Must ship as Hazardous Material. Addiotional freight charges will apply and are the responsibilty of the client.
PVL-075
Plasticized Vinyl Adhesion Promoter
02, 04, 80, VL, UV9, and XL6  Do not use on Polycarbonate
2%-5% Up to 7% if only printing one color
Increases substrate compatibility. Improves wetting characteristics. May eliminate the need to wipe substrates. reduces bubbles and increases adhesion and cure rate.
Amine- NOT FOR POLYCARBONATE Loss of intercoat adhesion
ADH-078
Polycarbonate Adhesion Promoter
02, 04, MSK, and 80
1% - 5%
The 078 will enhance adhesion and cure rates. It is most useful for accelerating production speeds, particularly when processing heat sensitive materials that are susceptible to distortion.
RECCOMENDED FOR POLYCARBONATE MATERIALS Must ship as hazardous material. Additional freight charges will apply and are the responsibilty of the client.
