Industrial Graphics

MSK Series 

The MSK Series is recommended for the second surface decoration of polycarbonate and many polyesters (print-treated and top-coated) for use as membrane switch overlays, nameplates, and other select applications, especially when adhesives are to be applied.  

IM Series

The IM Series is an NVP free UV Cureable ink system designed for second surface decoration of polycarbonate and other plastic films used in Insert-mold decoration applications. IM Series inks have excellent flexibility and durability and are suitable for use with most forming, trimming and injection molding processes sensitive vinyl's and print treated polyesters. 

IGX Series

The IGX Series has been formulated as an NVP free solution to meet the demands of second surface decoration of products found in the Industrial Graphics Market including automotive, white goods and user interface applications. The IGX Series has proven to have excellent adhesion to substrates commonly used for industrial graphic applications, including but not limited to polycarbonate, print treated polyester films and polycarbonate blend films. Fully compatible with most pressure sensitive adhesives commonly used in the Industrial Graphics Market.

M-14LV

The M14LV is a 100% solids UV curable screen printing ink formulated for use as an overprint clear on polycarbonate and polyester films. It features a smooth matte finish with excellent fingerprint resistance, mar resistance, and surface durability. Designed for low-viscosity applications, M14LV prints directly from the container and cures under standard medium-pressure mercury vapor lamps. The gloss level can be further reduced with IR preheating. Ideal for industrial graphics, it provides coverage of 2,000–3,000 square feet per gallon.

M-14SR

The M14SR is a 100% solids UV curable screen printing ink formulated for use as an overprint clear, providing a smooth matte finish with excellent fingerprint and mar resistance. Designed for use on polycarbonate and polyester films, M14SR offers superior surface durability and hardness. It prints directly from the container and cures under medium pressure mercury vapor lamps. Final gloss can be adjusted using IR heating prior to curing. Coverage averages 2,000–3,000 square feet per gallon.

M-20

The M-20 is a 100% solids UV curable screen printing ink formulated to deliver a super matte finish with excellent fingerprint and mar resistance. Designed for use on polycarbonate and polyester films, the M-20 offers superior surface durability and hardness. It prints directly from the container without additives and cures under medium pressure mercury vapor lamps. This low-gloss ink provides consistent coverage of 2,000–3,000 square feet per gallon and is ideal for industrial graphic applications requiring a refined matte look. 

PPC Series

The PPC Series was designed for use in many common container applications where direct printing is required. The PPC Series is suiabel for use on treated HDPE, treated LDPE, treated polypropylene, styrene PET and PVC. For minimum walled applications, the O4 Series ink is beter suited for direct printing on PVC containers. 

PPC7 Series 

The PPC7 Series was designed for use in many common container and tube applications where direct printing is required. This series is suitable for use on treated HDPE, treated LDPE tubes and containers, treated Polypropylene, Styrene, PET, and PVC. For some applications requiring PET, flamer treatment may be necessary to achieve acceptable adhesion.

QS Series

The QS Series is specially formed to achieve adhesion to wide range of acrylic, PETG and styrene requiring heat-bending, router cutting, and thermoforming for the sign and graphics market. This series has excellent durability while maintaining flexibility for die-cutting. Additional substrates include polycarbonate, most rigid and flexible vinyl, static cling vinyl, rigid and flexible treated polyethylene and polypropylene, treated fluted polypropylene and some anodized metals. The QS Series does not contain NVP. 

SPL-AS8

The SPL-AS8 is a UV curable anti-slip clear formulated for use on polycarbonate, treated polyester, and PVC. This product enhances traction while maintaining compatibility with most Norcote® screen printing inks. SPL-AS8 features a recommended printed dot pattern for optimal slip resistance and cures rapidly under standard medium-pressure mercury vapor lamps. It offers excellent adhesion, flexibility, and is both NVP and V-Cap free.

T255

The T-255 is a 100% solids UV curable screen printing ink formulated to produce a super matte finish with excellent surface durability, chemical and water resistance, and superior flexibility for die cutting and embossing. It prints directly from the container without additives and is ideal for polycarbonate and polyester substrates in industrial graphics. T-255 offers smooth flood printing at speeds up to 800 impressions per hour and provides 2,000–3,000 square feet of coverage per gallon.

NBW Kit

The NBW is a 2-part UV curable screen printing system designed as a backing layer for HP Indigo ElectroInk® digital offset prints. Engineered for superb adhesion and flexibility, NBW is resistant to blocking and adhesives, making it ideal for demanding digital print finishing. It provides high opacity, fast curing, and excellent intercoat adhesion. When mixed with 5% ADH-067 Adhesion Promoter, the system achieves optimal bond strength after a 24-hour post-cure. NBW delivers approximately 2,200 square feet of coverage per gallon.

MK8 Series

The MK8 Series is a high-end, second-surface UV curable ink system designed for industrial graphics applications on polycarbonate, print-treated polyester, and PC/PET blends. This TPO-free ink offers excellent adhesion, superior intercoat adhesion, high opacity, and outstanding print definition. MK8 is extremely flexible, embossable, and ideal for overlays, nameplates, and automotive applications. It cures efficiently under dual-lamp UV systems and provides coverage of 2,200–3,200 square feet per gallon.

PTX Series 

The PTX Series is a 100% solids UV curable screen-printing ink formulated for second-surface decoration of top-coated and print-treated polyester, polycarbonate, and blended films used in industrial graphics. PTX inks offer superior opacity, color strength, flexibility, and excellent resistance to adhesives, making them ideal for applications requiring multiple UV exposures. This ink system cures efficiently under one- or two-lamp mercury vapor systems and provides coverage of 2,000–3,000 square feet per gallon.

Container Market

70G Series

The 70G Series is a one-part dual cure ink system formulated to meet the extreme requirements for printing on high-end glass and plastic bottles commonly used in the container market. As a dual cure system, the 70G Series can be cured with either UV or LED systems with a peak wavelength between 365-405nm or with traditional UV mercury vapor or iron-dipped curing systems. 

77M Series

The 77M Series is a dual-cure UV/LED screen printing ink system developed for high-end glass and plastic containers, including HDPE, PET, and polypropylene. It delivers excellent adhesion, water resistance, and durability when properly surface-treated, such as with flame treatment. This highly thixotropic system can be used without additives and supports metallic and fluorescent pigments. The 77M Series cures under both LED (365–405 nm) and mercury vapor lamps and performs well on rigid or curved surfaces.

PCI Series

The PCI Series is a UV curable ink system designed for container applications, offering excellent performance on polyethylene, polycarbonate, and select PVC and polypropylene substrates. Known for its flexibility, high gloss, and outstanding print definition, PCI inks deliver chemical and abrasion resistance without requiring additives. The system provides superb intercoat adhesion, cures quickly under UV exposure, and offers high coverage at approximately 3,500 square feet per gallon.

Point of Purchase

DC Series 

The Dyno-Cote Series is a UV curable ink system specially formulated to achieve adhesion to flat sheet high density polyethylene and polypropylene materials. This series is formulated with a resin system that allows for excellent durability and flexibility. Developed for end use on polyolefin materails, the Dyno-Cote Series provides excellent adhesion on many additional rigid substrates; including but not limited to polystyrene, coated and card stock, rigid vinyl, PVC and some coated materials. 

GN Series 

The GN Series is specially formulated to achieve adhesion to fluted polyolefin and polyolefin banner materials; with exterior light-fastness and weatherabillity on mind. This series has excellent durability while maintaining flexibility. Developed for end use on polyolefin materials, the GN Series provides excellent adhesion on most all Point-of-Purchase substrates; including but not limited to: polystyrene, coated and uncoated card stock, rigid vinyl, PVC, pressure sensitive vinyl and some coated metals. The GN Series does not contain N-Vinyl-2-Pyrrolidone (NVP). 

UV9 Series

The UV9 is an ultraviolet-curable acrylic screen-printing ink specifically formulated for multi-purpose use in Point of Purchase printing. This series demonstrates excellent adhesion properties while maintaining a high degree of flexibility for die cutting. Formulated with premium light-fast pigments, the UV9 is an extremely durable outdoor system with very good opacity and fast cure speeds. The UV9 has a very high degree of reactivity for extremely high cure speeds, which works exceptionally well with in-line printers or carousel-type printers. 

M-24

The M-24 Series is a 100% solids UV curable screen printing ink designed to produce a super matte finish on polycarbonate and polyester films. Ideal for industrial graphic applications, the M-24 offers exceptional surface durability, water and chemical resistance, and superior flexibility for die-cutting and embossing. This ink can be printed directly from the container without additives and contains no NVP (N-Vinyl-2-Pyrrolidone). It delivers high coverage of 3,200–3,600 square feet per gallon and maintains performance under exposure to moisture, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and a wide range of household chemicals. 

M-35

The M-35 is a 100% solids UV curable ink designed specifically for screen printing applications as an overprint clear. Formulated for use on polycarbonate and polyester films, the M-35 produces a smooth matte finish with excellent surface durability and resistance to fingerprints and marring. This ink delivers superior flexibility compared to the M-14 matte clear and is ideal for industrial graphic applications. M-35 offers reliable performance with optimal surface hardness and does not require additives before use. It provides coverage of 2,000–3,000 square feet per gallon and cures under standard medium pressure mercury vapor lamps.

M45.2

The M45.2 is a 100% solids UV curable screen printing ink formulated as an overprint clear with a satin finish. Designed for polycarbonate and polyester films, it offers excellent fingerprint and mar resistance, chemical resistance, and long-lasting surface durability. M45.2 prints directly from the container and cures under medium-pressure mercury vapor lamps. The gloss level can be fine-tuned using infrared (IR) heating prior to UV curing. It provides coverage of 2,000–3,000 square feet per gallon

MUV9 Series

The MUV9 is a matte ultraviolet curable acrylic screen printing ink  specifically formulated for the multi-purpose use in point of Purchase printing. This Series demonstrates excellent adhesion properties while maintaining a high degree of flexibility for die-cutting. The MUV9 has a very high degree of reactivity for extremely high cure speeds, which works especially well with in-line printers or carrousel type presses. 

XL6 Series

The XL6 Series is a UV curable ink system specifically formulated for pressure-sensitive decal applications requiring exterior exposure up to 5 years. XL6 Series inks have been formulated with a high-performance acrylate urethane which provides excellent adhesion properties for superior performance on pressure sensitive vinyl's and print-treated polyesters. The XL6 Series has been formulated with the use of automotive grade pigments producing excellent opacity and a light fast ink film. (This product contains no NVP)

1500 Series

The 1500 is a UV curable ink system specifically formulated for pressure sensitive decal applications requiring exterior exposure up to five years. 1500 series inks provides excellent flexibility, eliminating edge curl due to ink film shrinkage, as well as outstanding adhesion properties while being NVP free. Combined with using automotive grade pigments, Norcote's 1500 Series exhibits excellent opacity and light-feat

Universal Legacy Products

O2 Series

UV Cure:

The O2 Series works well on soft vinyl's (French Calf, suedene, patent, etc.), most, decal materials and some polyester (print treated and top-coated). This series is works especially well when heat sealing, and flexibility are required.

LED Cure: 

The O2 series works well on PSV, Window Cling, PVC, PET, and Polycarbonate.

O4 Series

The O4 series is recommended for use on PVC containers and Flat sheets, static cling vinyl, pressure-sensitive vinyls, many polyesters (print-treated and top-coated), and some book cloths. The O4 series inks also work on some ABS materials. It is the responsibility of the end user to pretest all substrates with Norcote products prior to use in production.

09 Series

The 09 Series is a UV curable matte ink system engineered for industrial graphics applications requiring a durable, abrasion- and chemical-resistant matte finish. Designed for use on polycarbonate, polyester, PVC, and some book cloths, these inks offer excellent adhesion and surface durability. 09 Series inks can be intermixed with 04 Series gloss inks to adjust gloss levels and accept a range of metallic and fluorescent additives. With an average coverage of 2,500 square feet per gallon, this system is ideal for hard coat matte overprints and non-weatherable applications.

80 Series

The 80/88 Series has been formulated as a general use ink system suitable for use to decorate polyethylene (flat sheet and container), soft book cloth vinyl, some flat sheet polypropylene, PVC, polycarbonate, PETE, PETG, most decal materials, print treated polyester decal materials, paper and card stocks, styrene, some acrylic and coated metal materials. The 88 series is a matte general use series.

88 Series

The 80/88 Series has been formulated as a general use ink system suitable for use to decorate polyethylene (flat sheet and container), soft book cloth vinyl, some flat sheet polypropylene, PVC, polycarbonate, PETE, PETG, most decal materials, print treated polyester decal materials, paper and card stocks, styrene, some acrylic and coated metal materials. The 88 series is a matte general use series.

LC Series

The LC Series is a high-gloss, UV curable ink system specifically formulated for Tag & Label applications on substrates such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyolefin blends, vinyl, styrene, paper, and polyester. Known for its superb intercoat adhesion, water and chemical resistance, and fast curing, the LC Series delivers excellent performance at high speeds up to 125 feet per minute. These inks are ideal for rotary screen printing and are compatible with metallic and fluorescent pigments.

Specialty Products/Matte Clears

CC

The CC Series is a non-yellowing UV curable ink system specifically designed for the credit and plastic card market. Engineered for excellent intercoat adhesion and high-performance curing, CC Series inks deliver exceptional coverage and durability. Compatible with various mesh and stencil configurations, the inks provide 3,200–3,600 square feet of coverage per gallon and cure efficiently under standard UV systems. This ink system is ideal for multi-pass applications requiring clarity, precision, and long-term stability.

EFX-972

The EFX-972 is a UV curable, high-profile clear ink designed for creating raised or tactile images, including Braille applications. This one-part system features excellent clarity, durability, and flexibility, and adheres well to a wide range of substrates. Ideal for applications requiring thickness and texture, EFX-972 cures efficiently under standard UV lamps and provides a wide processing window. Coverage varies based on profile height, ranging from 200–800 square feet per gallon.

LQS-UV97198

The LQS-UV97198 Series is a UV curable screen-printable ink system specifically engineered for magnetic display applications. Known as "Liquid Steel," this ink allows printed graphics to adhere securely to magnetic surfaces without adhesives. It performs best when printed in thick films on the reverse side of paper or vinyl substrates, offering strong magnetic holding power. Designed for use on paper stocks, polycarbonate, Lexan, and flexible or rigid vinyl, LQS-UV97198 delivers excellent adhesion and cures efficiently in a single pass.

Our Specialty UV/LED Cure Inks

ELG-1400 Series

The ELG-1400 Series Dielectric clear was recently developed to complement our ELG UV Curable Conductive Silver line; as such we are still in beta test mode and have limited technical information available. This data sheet will be updated when test data is available 

ELG-410S

ELG-410S is a one-part, high solids, UV curable conductive silver, suitable for a variety of applications including RFID, EL, static shields, contact pads, as well as many other applications common to the membrane switch industry. When properly processed it exhibits a low trace resistive value. The ELG Conductive Silvers can be used with most solvent-based carbon resistive compounds as well as UV-curable dielectrics.

1500 Series
