Fiber Optic Cable Coatings
O2 Series
UV Cure:
The O2 Series works well on soft vinyl's (French Calf, suedene, patent, etc.), most, decal materials and some polyester (print treated and top-coated). This series is works especially well when heat sealing, and flexibility are required.
LED Cure:
The O2 series works well on PSV, Window Cling, PVC, PET, and Polycarbonate.
O4 Series
The O4 series is recommended for use on PVC containers and Flat sheets, static cling vinyl, pressure-sensitive vinyls, many polyesters (print-treated and top-coated), and some book cloths. The O4 series inks also work on some ABS materials. It is the responsibility of the end user to pretest all substrates with Norcote products prior to use in production.
70G Series
The 70G Series is a one-part dual cure ink system formulated to meet the extreme requirements for printing on high-end glass and plastic bottles commonly used in the container market. As a dual cure system, the 70G Series can be cured with either UV or LED systems with a peak wavelength between 365-405nm or with traditional UV mercury vapor or iron-dipped curing systems.

ELG-1400 Series
The ELG-1400 Series Dielectric clear was recently developed to complement our ELG UV Curable Conductive Silver line; as such we are still in beta test mode and have limited technical information available. This data sheet will be updated when test data is available
ELG-410S
ELG-410S is a one-part, high solids, UV curable conductive silver, suitable for a variety of applications including RFID, EL, static shields, contact pads, as well as many other applications common to the membrane switch industry. When properly processed it exhibits a low trace resistive value. The ELG Conductive Silvers can be used with most solvent-based carbon resistive compounds as well as UV-curable dielectrics.
1500 Series
The 1500 is a UV curable ink system specifically formulated for pressure sensitive decal applications requiring exterior exposure up to five years. 1500 series inks provides excellent flexibility, eliminating edge curl due to ink film shrinkage, as well as outstanding adhesion properties while being NVP free. Combined with using automotive grade pigments, Norcote's 1500 Series exhibits excellent opacity and light-feat
